Honegger AG takes over integral Facility Management at the MEINEN site

Since 2023, the Pension Fund for Physicians and Veterinarians (PAT BVG) has been developing a forward-looking, urban complex on the site of the former Meinen wholesale meat market in Bern. This new development includes not only 185 modern apartments but also approximately 2,000 m^² of retail and service space for businesses and stores of various sizes and industries. The apartments in the first construction phase, «MEINEN North», have been ready for occupancy since early July 2026. The second building complex, «MEINEN South», will be completed in the spring of 2027.
