This is why we are supplementing our traditional FM processes with modern software solutions such as computer-aided facility management (CAFM) to help us reshape building and facility management services into a new approach that is fit for the future.


CAFM software can be used to seamlessly monitor, manage and look after properties and outdoor facilities. It is founded on data-driven planning and documentation, which are used to create the perfect platform for sustainable lifecycle management. To do this, we will work closely with you to collect specific data on your property so that we can then systematically maintain and update this information in the CAFM system. Our customer portal shows you a real-time overview of the status of ongoing work and provides you with proof of performance and costs.
