We are committed to delivering the highest standards in quality. It follows naturally that we actively promote and support the education and training of our employees at all 23 locations.
We provide our employees with all they need to successfully learn new skills and develop as professionals. As part of the many training options in our numerous professional fields, exciting opportunities and future prospects always open up. In the process, we not only help our employees with their education and training within the scope of a particular project or account, but also more generally as a long-term development across all areas. By doing this, we ensure that new developments in terms of methods and technology can be applied in day-to-day work in a way that is both profitable for the company and beneficial to the individual.
Apprenticeships at Honegger – training with a future
We see vocational training as a central issue that is vital for preserving Switzerland as a place to study and work, and as a company aware of our responsibilities we actively support this. We give our apprentices and trainees the opportunity to complete a state-recognised apprenticeship with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a Building Cleaning Specialist or Tradesperson/Businessperson.
In collaboration with the professional association Allpura we are represented at BAM, the Swiss careers and education market, where we give interested young people an understanding of what the job profile of Building Cleaning Specialist entails.

Honegger scholarships for emerging talent
We are very committed to finding the experts and professionals of tomorrow. This is why, back in 2013, we decided to offer a full scholarship to graduates of the degree course “Bachelor in Facility Management” at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). This covers the semester fees for the three-year degree course. We are very pleased to be making this contribution to university education within our industry. Honegger Academy – internal and external training programmes
As a specialist in the fields of Facility Management, Cleanroom, Healthcare and Food, we are happy to share our knowledge. This is why we also enable employees from external companies and administrative bodies to attend our training courses in all possible areas. The courses are compiled based on individual requirements and not only help to support employees in their attempts at learning new skills, but also serve as theoretical and practical preparation for exams (e.g. for caretakers). We have set aside dedicated theory and practice teaching rooms and common rooms for this purpose at our headquarters in Köniz. Our trained and certified training team will be happy to advise you on how to put together the right training course programme.
