Johannes Hofstetter meets challenges with pleasure.

After training in advertising technology, he studied business administration and obtained an “Executive Master of Business Administration in Sales and Marketing Management”. He first gained a foothold in the cleaning industry as an operations manager and then as a regional sales manager.

As branch manager, Johnannes Hofstetter’s goal is to offer the greatest possible customer benefit with his team. “The customers should realise that our services are not just lip service.”

The aim is to establish a long-lasting customer relationship that is well anchored in the region of Eastern Switzerland.

Head of Special Cleaning Department
Agron Hajrizi

Agron Hajrizi began his career in cleaning in 2004, spending six years as a special cleaning foreman in two family-run businesses. He then spent twelve years as head of the special cleaning sector in an internationally active company. He has worked for Honegger AG since 2024. In 2017, he obtained his federal diploma as a building cleaning specialist, and since then he has also been working as a EFZ | EBA trainer and exam expert.

Respect, trust and open communication with both employees and customers are key values for Agron Hajrizi. As a result, his motto is: “The only way to do a great job is to love what you do”.
