Fabio Costanza has been with Honegger AG since 2023. With more than ten years of experience in various management positions, he now contributes his expertise to the management and development of the branches in Neuchâtel and Jura. His approach is based on a keen understanding of customer needs and the implementation of efficient, pragmatic solutions tailored to each situation.

Fabio is always close to the action and the teams and attaches particular importance to open, transparent, and honest communication, both with employees and customers. For him, the teams at Honegger AG are at the heart of the company’s success and deserve trust, a listening ear, and support every day. Fabio Costanza’s main focus is on the development of specialized building services, followed by cleanroom services, while at the same time ensuring the smooth running and further development of other cleaning services.
