Whether in contact with the customers of Honegger AG or in dialogue with his employees: Adrian Bugmann always communicates at eye level. “Being nice costs nothing and allows you to build bridges with the other person, especially in challenging situations,” says the team player, who is always on the ball.
Adrian Bugmann has been proving this since 2021 as Head of Key Account Management and since January 2024 also as Head of Marketing & Sales and a member of the Executive Board of Honegger AG. He started his professional career in the insurance industry and in IT. Before joining Honegger AG in 2017, he worked as a sales manager in the FM industry and as a key account manager. In his free time, the Basel native favours indulgence: whether it’s creating his own barista creations, a delicious pasta or a fine drop of wine.
