The qualified HR Manager HF with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Public Management (FH) has over 30 years of experience in HR management and has been contributing his expertise to Honegger since November 2023. He favours sustainable solutions: «We can always disagree, and that’s a good thing, because controversial discussions often lead to the best results. The important thing is that we stand together as a team once a decision has been made». He actively challenges and encourages his employees and what he expects of others, he also demands of himself. «Success is a team effort and the aim is to grow together.
