Manager regional office special cleaning Hasan Salihaj / Region 2
Hasan Salihaj has extensive practical experience. He knows what he is talking about and what the work on site looks like. Openness and loyalty toward his colleagues and customers form the basis of his career at Honegger, which he began in 2007 as a building cleaner. Since then, he has worked in various positions: as operations manager and head of the B&S department. Since 2019, Hasan Salihaj has been branch manager for construction and special cleaning B&S, Bern, Mittelland, Basel (Region 2).

Manager regional office Facility Management Matthias Lemke / Region 2
Matthias Lemke joined Honegger AG in 2023 as Head of Facility Management. He gained his extensive knowledge of building services while working as a real estate agent in Germany and as a project manager for the city of Bern, among other things, and has seamlessly transferred this expertise to his role at Honegger AG. True to his motto, “Learn with passion, grow with diligence, live with joy,” Matthias also completed his training as Head of FM & Maintenance by 2025 and will soon be teaching this course himself.
Matthias Lemke now holds the position of FM Branch Manager for Region 2 (Bern, Mittelland, and Basel), where he is equally valued by his customers and colleagues.
