Que ce soit au contact des clients d\u2019Honegger SA ou lorsqu\u2019il \u00e9change avec ses collaborateurs: Adrian Bugmann communique toujours les yeux dans les yeux. \u00ab\u00catre aimable ne co\u00fbte rien et permet de jeter des ponts, m\u00eame dans les situations difficiles\u00bb, confie notre collaborateur toujours pr\u00eat. \u00abBien s\u00fbr, je reste coh\u00e9rent sur le fond, mais c\u2019est la mani\u00e8re dont on communique qui fait la diff\u00e9rence. Et c\u2019est aussi sur cela que repose le succ\u00e8s que notre entreprise.\u00bb Adrian Bugmann le prouve depuis 2021 en tant que responsable Key Account Management et, depuis janvier 2024, en tant que responsable Marketing & Ventes et membre de la direction d\u2019Honegger SA. Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans les assurances et dans l\u2019informatique. Depuis son entr\u00e9e chez Honegger SA en 2017, il a travaill\u00e9 comme responsable des ventes dans la branche FM et comme Key Account Manager.
