With his comprehensive knowledge of the industry, he knows exactly what is important in facility management. As a branch manager, he is characterised by a solution-oriented approach and appreciates direct customer contact as well as the opportunity to discuss expectations and needs. As a manager, he attaches great importance to being a role model and is open to feedback from his employees.
